Frequently Asked Questions

I would definitely recommend starting with Breaking Lucas to get the best experience with no spoilers. But, each book is designed to be a stand-alone as well.
So if you really fancy something with more action, Taming Hunter. If you LOVE a fake engagement saga, Entertaining Ethan.
But, if you are looking for banter, steam, a hot and complicated heroes, or a strong FMC who isn’t just shouting all the time - all three are for you. :) -
Mmmm… this is a tricky one as it depends on your individual reading history. But, I would say the books are 3.5 to 4 chilli peppers on the scale out of five.
There are some hot and explicit scenes, but they are always relevant to the story and characters. I’m not a fan of spice for spice’s sake.
Tension, heat… words which make you internally squeal with anticipation - that’s what I try to create. As well as some rewarding open door scenes for when they finally give in to the chemistry. -
Easily the most asked question from the day Breaking Lucas was released. :)
It is coming! It should be out in October. I’ve been planning and plotting the book for a while, and began writing immediately after finishing Entertaining Ethan.

Always.

These will always be in the front of the book, and often also in the online blurb.
I am always very conscious about finding the balance between warning without giving away any plot twists. -
I have been building this universe for nearly 10 years. You might be surprised how many books I have in the pipeline.
Will you see a Dyson or a Declan story in the future? Yes. -
Not fully, but there are some characteristics here and there. Men and women I have known, people I have met.
But no one is fully based on a real person… if there was I’d be following them around for gossip (and investment advice)! -
This is the second most common question I get, and it’s a tough one.
Honestly, it’s whichever hero I’m writing about in the moment. I adore each of them, flaws and all.
If I was pushed, I would lean towards Ethan (and he would catch me with a dimpled grin). -
Each of them holds a piece of me. I write very much with my full heart - so I’m a mix of them all.
Elena and I have the most in common. She’s not perfect, she’s fiercely loyal and she carries so much.
But really, I write what I would like to read, and I was getting frustrated with some of the FMCs in the genre who are either inexplicably feisty or weak. As humans - as women - we are usually a complex mix of the two. -
I’ve changed my mind on this a thousand times.
I’m leaning towards Lucas, even if Marcus brought the intel, Lucas has been the most stubborn historically, and if he thought he was right? He wouldn’t give up. -
Ethan or Theo. For sure.

There are discussions on audio-books, but I’m being very, very picky on the voices. I won’t do it unless I really feel the actual characters are coming to life.
